Here I am sitting down on this cold wooden chair at the corner of the kitchen typing this post at 7.20 a.m. Wonder why I'm waking up so early in the morning? It's that I'm heading to South Terrace for a morning jog 30 minutes later. Its been quite some time since I last exercised, probably 3 months or more.
